If you ever receive your books damaged in transit or different than described, please retain the packaging and return them to us within 10 working days from the date your order was dispatched to you. If we still have sufficient stock, we will send you a fresh copy. If not, we can either provide a credit note, or give you a full refund. We want to ensure that you remain a satisfied customer.
