We like to resolve issues promptly - please check the goods for shipping error, damage or fault as soon as they are arrive & report any defects as soon as they arise during the warranty period. If you require help with any return or need more information please email us or call us on 1300 939 122.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We are so confident in the quality of all our compatible inkjet, laser and toner cartridges that if you are not 100% satisfied in the first 30 days we will offer a store credit, replacement or refund you in full. If you receive a compatible inkjet, laser or toner cartridge that you are not satisfied with please contact us immediately. All returns must be authorised by a DealSPOT staff member in accordance with the terms below:
- Please contact us within 30 days from date of purchase for an Return Merchandise Authorisation or RMA.
- RMA's are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, please return the goods promptly.
- Please ensure that the goods are sealed or in zip lock bags and secure so they do not leak or get lost in transit.
- Proof of purchase must be provided with every return.
- Laser or copier returns cannot and will not be processed without test print pages from the cartridge in question.
- Returns under this guarantee require the goods to be near new (ie. not used for the month then returned or empty). If a returned cartridge weighs less than 80% of a new cartridge the return will be rejected.
- Returns will be inspected within 7 working days from receipt.
- Goods that meet the above conditions will be replaced, credited or refunded.
- Goods that do not meet the conditions will be returned to the customer and postage will be charged for the shipment.
- We regret that the satisfaction guarantee is only offered for 30 days from date of purchase.
There are mainly 3 different types of returns: incorrectly ordered goods, incorrectly shipped goods and faulty goods. Any incorrectly ordered, shipped or faulty product can be returned to Deal Spot for a refund or replacement provided the below conditions are met:
Incorrectly ordered goods (you ordered the wrong ones) can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase under the following conditions:
- Please contact us for an Return Merchandise Authorisation or RMA.
- RMA's are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, please return the goods promptly.
- Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in original packaging which is still intact, unopened , undamaged and unmarked. Please pack the goods in a box or packet so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.
- It is the customer's responsibility to pay the return freight charges.
- A 10% restocking fee applies.
- Goods that meet the above conditions will be exchanged for credit, replacement or refund less a 10% restocking fee.
- We regret that incorrectly ordered goods will not be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase.
Incorrectly shipped goods (you received the wrong ones) can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase under the following conditions:
- Please contact us for an Return Merchandise Authorisation or RMA.
- RMA's are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, please return the goods promptly.
- Incorrectly shipped goods must be returned in original packaging which is still intact, unopened , undamaged and unmarked. Please pack the goods in a box or packet so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.
- We will cover the cost of the return shipment.
- Goods that meet the above conditions will be replaced at our cost for the correct goods or refunded in full.
- We regret that incorrectly shipped goods will not be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase.
Faulty compatible cartridges can be returned within 90 days from date of purchase under the following conditions:
- All compatible inkjet, laser and toner goods on this website come with a 90 day warranty that covers faults that arise during normal use. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, neglect, refilling or tampering by unauthorised persons.
- The warranty is limited to the cost of the goods only, as stated on your invoice, and is the amount you actually paid us for the goods. There are no implied warranties beyond what is stated here.
- If a manufacturing fault arises within 90 days of purchase, please contact us for an Return Merchandise Authorisation or RMA.
- RMA's are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, please return the goods promptly.
- Please ensure that the goods are sealed or in zip lock bags and secure so they do not leak or get lost in transit.
- Proof of purchase must be provided with every claim.
- Laser or copier returns cannot and will not be processed without test print pages from the cartridge in question. There will be no exceptions as the manufacturer will not accept the faulty goods without these
- If a returned cartridge weighs less than 70% of a new cartridge, a pro rata-refund amount will be calculated and determined by the service department of Inkjet Wholesale. Such an amount will then be credited towards another compatible or OEM cartridge.
- Returns will be inspected within 7 working days from receipt.
- Goods that meet the above conditions and are confirmed faulty under warranty will be replaced, credited or refunded.
- Goods that do not meet the conditions above or are not found to be faulty under warranty will be returned to the customer and postage will be charged for the shipment. A letter will be sent indicating the results of our tests and instruction on how to correctly install or use the items.
- We regret that faulty compatible cartridges will not be accepted after 90 days from date of purchase.
Faulty genuine or original or OEM cartridges are covered by the warranty offered from respective manufacturers:
- All genuine or original or OEM inkjet, laser and toner goods on this website are governed by the original manufacturer's warranty that covers faults that arise during normal use. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, neglect, refilling or tampering by unauthorised persons.
- Please email us or call us on 1300 939 122 to arrange a return and replacement.
Incorrectly addressed goods & uncollected goods:
Incorrectly addressed goods will be returned to us at our cost. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct at the time you place your order. If delivery has been attempted and goods remain uncollected at the depot or post office for a reasonable period of time, they will be returned to us at our cost. In either circumstance we will contact you to notify you when the returned goods are received and we will request that both the return shipment and reshipment charges be paid prior to dispatching the goods for a second time.
Disposal of Uncollected Goods:
The acceptance, by DealSPOT (the bailee), of returned Goods for inspection, custody, storage, repair or other treatment is subject to the Queensland Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967 and that this Act confers on the bailee a right of sale exercisable in certain circumstances after the appropriate period of time has elapsed and appropriate notice has been given.
