Please note: Payments must be received within three days of the order date to avoid the order being cancelled. Payment instructions will be delivered with your order receipt or before the last stage of checkout. How to pay with Paypal At checkout you will be directed to the Paypal.com website to make payment. Your order details will automatically be transferred from DealSPOT to Paypal at this time. If you do not make payment at checkout and still want to pay using Paypal at a later date you must send you Paypal payments to paypal@dealspot.com.au. My card was declined, help! How long will it take to get here? The instant you checkout, DealSPOT begins processing your order. Once paid your purchase is forwarded to our warehouse to be sent. In the majority of cases orders are sent the same day payment is received however in rare cases orders may be delayed by up to 48 hours. If you do not receive your order within 5 days of paying please contact us. For peach of mind you will be provided with a tracking number to trace your order while it is on board for delivery. Do you accept returns and how do I return an item? Any unused or faulty product can be returned to Deal Spot within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement provided our conditions are met.
